An upfront strictly non refundable deposit of 50% of the total appointment is required to secure your booking date
Please book for the minimum amount of people you are sure will need makeup/hair. You can add numbers later subject to time/availability but once you have booked for selected amount of people, full payment will still be required if numbers change/reduce within 30 days of event. This is to avoid last minute cancellations that could have been filled with other business
Deposits payments are non refundable after 7 days
No shows are required to make full payment of their services booked
For bookings of more than 2 people who would like both hair and makeup, or requires you to be ready early, I recommend booking a separate stylist to do hair.
Minimum call out fee $400
TRAVEL CHARGES AND PARKING (Per Artist)
Travel charges are calculated round trip from Narre Warren South 3805 at $0.80c per km
Client is responsible for payment of parking if location requires paid parking
Trials
Trials can be booked any day of the week except Sundays. Dependent on availability

I will keep your event date secure for you until after you have done your trial if your trial date is within 3 weeks from your enquiry.
Deposits can be made on your trial date or within 7 days after your trial.
If you haven’t contacted me after 7 days after the trial I will need to re open up that booking date to other parties.
If you don’t want to book your trial for several months to coordinate with another event but want to secure your event date a 50% deposit is required upfront. Then you can take your time to book your trial for a date that suits you.
Please note that all deposits/retainers are non refundable and if you decide to cancel your booking the deposit then compensates for loss of bookings in that time.
